How it works...
Initially, we will have a chat with you to understand your business, what your current situation is and what specific requirements you have. After this we will arrange a personal one-to-one demo with a member of our support team where we take you through the key features of our trade counter POS and Merchant software, answering any initial questions you may have. This can take from half-an-hour to an hour.
(To do this, we install our software demo using Teamviewer remote access software and then take control of your mouse and keyboard while on the phone to you. Web cameras or microphones are not required.)
We can then leave you with the software for a while to investigate further in your own time, with a follow-up call from us in a week or so. We will not bombard you with calls from sales staff only interested in their commission; we don’t work like that.
The next stage will be to install a live version and import your stock and customer data from your existing accounting software (or possibly some stock files from your suppliers). At this stage, we can give you a more in-depth demo, including looking at some of the ‘back-office’ accounting functionality. At this stage, a book-keeper or accountant may get involved in having a demo.
Finally, once you are 100% happy that the system will work for you, we can arrange a ‘going live’ date, create your invoice, statement and other document layouts and make sure your stock system is complete.
During this process we encourage you to pick up the phone - you get unlimited support, upgrades and training as part of your support package.
We will also set up your payment scheme and support fee direct debit once you’re happy with the overall proposal.

We are a relatively small company, and as such you will have direct access to our on-site support staff and programming team. We don’t have any annoying phone menus or email-only support. If you ring us up, someone will answer the phone (usually someone in support) or if no-one is free, someone will call you back within minutes, not 48 hours!
