How it works...
We'll start with a conversation to understand your business, current setup, and specific requirements.
We'll then arrange a one-to-one demo with a member of our support team, who will guide you through the key features of our software and answer your questions. The demo typically takes 30–60 minutes.
The demo is carried out remotely using TeamViewer. We'll guide you through the software while speaking with you by phone, so you can join from anywhere with an internet connection. No webcam or microphone is required.
We'll then leave you alone to explore the software in your own time,
with a follow-up call from us about a week later.
There are no pushy sales calls or commission-driven salespeople - we simply give you the time and space to decide if it's right for your business.
The next step is to install a live version and import your stock and customer data from your existing accounting software or supplier files. We can then provide a more in-depth demo, including the back-office accounting features. Your bookkeeper or accountant can also get involved at this stage, and they receive a free copy of the software too.
Once you're 100% happy the system is right for your business,
we'll get you set up and underway...
We'll agree a ‘going live’ date, set up your invoice, statement and other document layouts, and ensure your stock system is complete. We'll also arrange your payment scheme and support fee direct debit once you're happy with the proposal
Once you're up and running, you can call us whenever you need help. Your support package includes unlimited support, updates, and training.
